6. Search roof reserves all the right to terminate a property if found to be from a broker.

8. Search roof will reserve a right to send periodic emails to all the users regarding their project/advertisements/newsletters etc. however if you wish to opt out of the same you can also do the same.
9. Once you accept our policy and term of use search roof will reserve the right to collect your personal information to check the accuracy of the project.
10. If contacted through phone or messages search roof will reserve all the messages from every person which will be later used for the listing and contact purpose.
11. Once your email id or phone number is updated with searchroof.com it reserves the right to send the promotional mails or messages irrespective the person adopted the registration with “National DND registry” and will not be taking into consideration of such registration.

• Please note that your property to be listed in our website should be only through your Email, Telephone, WhatsApp, Hike or Skype.
• Please also note that we may, but are not obligated to, can use the information you provide to verify that you are actually an owner or a tenant and not a broker.
• Profile Information: Your profile with searchroof.com may not include any of the following content: telephone numbers (except where asked), any photographs containing nudity, profanity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter.
• Despite this prohibition, it is possible that information provided by other searchroof.com users (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services in violation of these Terms of Use.

• Being a tenant you are also needed to provide the relevant contact information to us for providing you the relevant details and to ensure that you are not any 3rd party person.
• Searchroof.com respects the users privacy and will use the information provided by either the tenants or the owners for the sole purpose of advertisements and offers to be sent by searchroof.com
• Searchroof.com and its business associates shall have all rights to continue communicating with the owners and tenants and in return the owners and tenants shall completely indemnify them against any liability that may arise as a result of such authorisation to communicate.
• Such indemnification shall extend to court cases and suits and all lawyer / advocate fees, even if the dispute is never subjected to judicial scrutiny.
• Neither the tenants nor the owners may use the site for the purpose of someone else’s property.
• The property postings will be only genuine and neither of the parties can use this site for collect/post any review or blog about the same.
• If the above mentioned point is carried out still they may be eligible to face the legal consequences from the service providers.

5. You are not eligible to store or send any sort of computer viruses (Such as Worms, Torjan horse etc.) and any other harmful files, scripts, or programs. If found to be guilty searchroof.com reserves the rights to take legal actions against the person.
